About Our Construction Company
William Toomey has been a framer for 23 years. He started out his career in Southern California where he picked up many precious framing skills. He moved to Paradise,CA in the Fall of 2003. He decided Paradise was where he would start a family. He has been framing in Paradise ever since and has been a resident until the tragic Campfire of 2018 left him and his family homeless. He has found a home in Grass Valley now where he is raising his family but his roots are still in Paradise. Now he is blessed with the ability to help the community in which he started raising his kids to rebuild and be a town again. And he is doing just that. Toomey Framing is a company with 12 employees all working hard together to get the town of Paradise back to where people can call it home. With four crews working hard we are specializing in everything from forming and pouring foundations, framing custom homes, to installing top grade siding. We promise when we frame up your home you will notice the skill and detail that we pride ourselves on!

This house is a recent house we did the framing and siding on, but this deck is one that we really poured our heart and soul into. Redwood with black iron is just the most beautiful thing you have ever seen!
